Who provides “Be With Training”?
Be With Training is provided by the ministry of LEAD222 and our Training Team in partnership with local hosts. Our content has come from experience and with years of implementation. All our trainers are actively living out the values of mentoring in their lives and ministry.
Will food be provided?
Each host site will be providing some snacks and beverages during the morning training sessions. It is recommended that you have breakfast before you come. If you have specific food allergies or restrictions, please feel free to bring your own snacks and/or contact your event host directly for details on what they are planning to provide.
Can I register at the door?
Early registration is strongly encouraged! Online registrations end 2 full days before the event. You can register at the door, but please be advised that there is an additional $8 late charge for every on site registration.
Are students able to attend as participants?
We welcome high school students that are already serving as peer leaders or those who show interest in becoming peer leaders. We love having student peer leaders present and believe in what they contribute!
Can I bring my children?
We ask that you do not bring children to this event as we will not have a suitable way for them to be cared for during our training.
Will take home resources be available?
We will be providing a printed handout along with some supplemental resources. Additional resources are available to all registered participants following the event with an online access code. A mentoring Playbook for mentors (leaders' guide) and a mentee's devotional and study book are available for purchase via our website. No materials will be available for sale at the training event, but samples should be.
What are the cancelation policies?
We will keep all registered participated updated with any changes or event cancelations. If you need to cancel your registration, please understand that we may not be able to give you a refund. Please contact us at your earliest opportunity to see what can be done.
How can I stay informed of any last minute changes or updates?
We will communicate with email, a text and a webpage update if there are any changes to your training event. Please register in advance so we have a means to keep you informed of any final changes (ie. Location change, weather delay, speaker change etc…).
