Bo Boshers - President of LEAD222

Bo Boshers is President of LEAD222, a coaching and mentoring ministry focused on sharpening youth leaders in the local church in professional skills and personal character. Bo is recognized as a national leader and influencer of youth ministry around the world. Bo served for over 20 years as Executive Director of Student Ministries at Willow Creek Community Church and the Willow Creek Association, which influences over 20,000 churches. Bo is a best-selling author, motivational speaker and trainer. His passion and vision is to lead and coach youth workers to mentor students who will reach their generation for Christ.

Keith Cote - Vice President of LEAD222

Keith Cote is Vice President of LEAD222 . With over 25 years of experience, Keith trains leaders and students around the world how to build high performing teams. One of his primary roles as the Vice President of LEAD222 is to provide Vision, Training and Resources to strategic leaders to help them build effective youth workers within and around local churches. Keith also is a producer with the Willow Creek Association where he served as the Executive Director of Student Ministries for the Willow Creek Association for years. He consults on leadership and organizational development and is the author of Beyond the Game, and co-author of Vision Moments. Keith was an All-American football player in college and continues his passion for sports with his involvement with Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Brian Schwammlein

Brian Schwammlein has been involved in youth ministry since the early 90’s. He has worked in youth ministry at small and large churches and in middle school, high school and college ministry.

As a result of growing up in Singapore and Europe, Brian is passionate about local and international inter-cultural youth ministry partnerships. Unless God redirects, Brian would be glad to be a “lifer” in youth ministry. He has been a grateful recipient of youth ministry coaching and mentoring and knows the value of experiencing and living out the 2 Timothy 2:2 lifestyle. He loves to ski and snowboard, play “Settlers of Catan,” and is a fan of OU Football and Bayern Munich soccer.

Brian and his wife, Jen, were married in 1997 and have four kids, Peter (’03), Daniel (’05), Natalie (’07) and Anna (’10). Natalie passed away as a five year old in 2012 of brain cancer. Their family has sought and known God’s presence in great joy and loss.

Andy Stephenson

Dr. Andy Stephenson has served as the leader of the Youth and Family Ministries for the Church of God movement (Anderson, IN) with over 2000 churches in North America since 2001. Within this role, he directs an international student conference with an attendance usually between 5,000-6500 high school students and their leaders. Andy is passionate about coaching and seeing others discover and live God’s purpose for their lives. Andy speaks to youth and youth leaders in various settings across the world and is focused on being a part of helping to raise up a new generation of Christ-centered leaders. He is also an author and taught at the University level from 2001-2009.

Bubba Thurman

Bubba is a 19 year veteran in student ministry with a passion to teach and train student pastors and leaders so that they may be able to impact students throughout the world with the message of Christ. He is a sought after speaker at events ranging from local training to national conferences with 11,000 students.

Cyndi McClure

Cyndi McClure serves on the Executive Team of LEAD222 as Women’s Director and as a member of the Leadership Team for Coaching. Cyndi has over 20 years of experience in Student Ministry and has a background is in Counseling and Student Ministry. She has done work in crisis intervention, served as a youth pastor, and has worked as Women’s Ministry Coordinator for Metro Chicago Youth for Christ. For the past 12 years Cyndi has been serving in the Willow Creek Association, training national and international youth leaders. Her passion is student leadership as well as mentoring and coaching youth leaders.

Tim Homa

Tim Homa is the Director of High School Ministry at Sugar Creek Baptist Church in Sugar Land, Texas. Tim has been involved with youth work for over 25 years, serving as the youth and adult ministry pastor at Bay Pointe Community Church in Traverse City, MI as well as the Youth Pastor/Men’s Pastor at Central Christian Church in Las Vegas, NV. He also spent time as an Assistant Principal at Faith Lutheran High School also in Las Vegas NV.

Tim’s passions are his family, fishing (any chance he gets), hunting (ditto) and coaching volleyball, which he has coached at the high school level for over 15 years. Tim has been involved with LEAD222 since 2006 and is currently serving on the Leadership Team. He is responsible for the coaching relationships within Lead222.

Tim graduated from Illinois State University in 1990, receiving a BS in Psychology and Graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2003 receiving a Masters in Educational Counseling. Tim and his wife, Angie, live in Richmond, TX, with their two daughters, Jordan and Jensen and their beagles Baylee and Lucy.

Tim Mannin

Tim and his wife Christie have been in vocational ministry since 1998. In 2012 God stirred them to plant a new church in the heart of Oklahoma City — OKC Community Church. Tim serves LEAD222 as the Director of Servant Leadership and as a coach. Tim and Christie have three daughters, Emily, Carys, and Addi. As a family they aspire to become everything that God has created them to be and to inspire a community of people to aspire to do the same.

Todd Lovelace

Todd Lovelace is a pastor to families at Skyline Church in downtown Oklahoma City. He is also the Director of OKC suburban Youth for Christ and a ministry coach with LEAD222. Todd has dedicated his life to learning how to live on mission and helping others to join him in that adventure. His greatest passion is his family and being spiritual leader to his children. He often refers to his family as his laboratory, as he tries his new ideas on them to see if they will work. 

Chris Herning

Chris Herning is the youth pastor at the Vineyard church in Evanston, IL where he oversees the high school and middle school ministries.

His great passion is reaching lost kids with the Gospel and helping kids from Chrisitan homes realize what an awesome thing a relationship with God can be. On the side, Chris lets out his inner rock star by playing in a band in various dives around Chicago.

Chris and his wife Brooks live in Chicago with their three daughters Sarah, Anna, and Grace.

Lyle Witcher

Lyle has serving students and churches for 24 years. Not only does Lyle have a passion for student ministry, he loves creating environments of ministry for people to grow in within their own spiritual pathway.

Lyle and his wife, Angela, have two awesome children, Abigail and Aaron. Lyle’s sense of humor and energy are infectious. He is talented in graphic design, video, and various other forms of multimedia.
